Dreamdock is a coordination tool for planning group trips — matching availability, comparing budgets privately, running votes, and tracking commitments and payments. Dreamdock is not a bank, a payment processor, a travel agency, or a booking platform.
Dreamdock never takes custody of your money. Any payments between members happen directly through third-party services (such as Venmo or Zelle) or with vendors of your choice. We simply record what you and your group report. You are responsible for the actual transfers, and any disputes are between you, the other members, and those third parties.
Reservations you make — lodging, flights, activities — are between you and those providers, under their terms. Dreamdock is not a party to them and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or refunds.
Dreamdock is in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" while we build. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamdock is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for money, bookings, or arrangements handled directly between you, your group, and third parties. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
